Healthy Lunchtime Yoga
Learn ways to help yourself at work to reestablish your physical and mental equilibrium. Wear comfortable work clothes, no need to bring a change of clothing but please remember we will be on the floor. All levels, no prior experience with yoga needed. Snack and water are provided. Prenatal Class
Monday evenings 7:30-8:30pm
Pre-natal yoga gently maintains your strength and flexibility during this important time of your life. Pregnancy places a lot of demands on a woman's body and the birth process is easier when you can stay healthy, strong and flexible. Pregnancy can also stress out the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your self. Nancy Gilbert will lead you through breathing techniques that calm and fortify you, that will aid you during the birth of your baby. Nancy is certified in pre natal yoga.

Posture Fundamentals
Posture Fundamentals is designed to allow the student to slowly and within his or her own comfort zone learn and explore the yoga postures. In each class we will concentrate on 3-4 poses, taking plenty of time to prepare the body and mind for an in-depth experience. This class is open to all levels—beginners, too!

Easy Does It Yoga
A great place to begin. Introducing stretching and strengthening of the body slowly and with gentle consideration. Especially good for individuals that are entering into a beginning fitness program after a period of inactivity. This class is one hour. A Gentle Beginner Class.

Morning Yoga
An introductory yoga class that combines the learning of different yoga postures while understanding the use of breath to open the body and facilitate a healthier physical state.   Nancy introduces the linking of the breath to motion in an accessible, fundamental way that is perfect for beginners yet offers the experienced yogi a chance to slow it down and revisit their “yoga on the mat”.

Flow Yoga Beginner
An introductory class designed for the beginning student. In this class you will learn to move from one pose to the next in synchrony with the breath. The poses will be taught statically and then incorporated into a flow (vinyasa) sequence. Flexibility, strength and balance that the yoga postures bring to body and mind are integrated into this slightly more energetic class in a friendly and welcoming environment. A great beginning for individuals looking to introduce a mild to moderate cardiovascular element to their wellness plan. Beginner and All Levels.

Sessions

Stillness and Flow
This is a combination static and dynamic flow yoga class.  We blend the dynamic energy of flow yoga with the depth of finding a well grounded posture by holding certain pose for several breaths.  The static will be woven into the flow, creating cardiovascular motion with a deeper knowledge of individual poses.  Though open to all levels, check with the instructor to see if this class is right for you.  Walk-ins welcome.

We have mats and other props so you don't need to bring your own. We try to keep the mats clean, but encourage students to have their own.

I. Be prepared to practice barefoot. Wear close stretchy clothing but above all be comfortable.

II. For your personal comfort it is better to not eat a heavy meal prior to class.

III. If you have any serious heart ailments or illnesses or injuries please let the instructor know before the class begins.

IV. Please be on time! Come a few minutes early to sign in and unwind. Be considerate. Classes will begin as scheduled.

V. Walk-ins are welcome!
