Monday night is Yoga and Mindful Meditation. Come and join us for this new class that brings the physical nd mental benefits of yoga and meditation together. The class is one hour with a half hour devoted to the yoga postures and the other half hour devoted to guided mindful meditation. Experience the health and wellness of yoga. Open to all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome.

We are continuing the Lunchtime Yoga class in August. It's sooo! hot out there, and the studio is cool. The class is 40 minutes of gentle stretching and strengthening.
Ten minutes of every class is devoted to relaxation. Give yourself a pick-me-up in the middle of the day. Excellent for those considering a weight loss plan as you head towards fall. Cindy Johnson teaches this class.
