Intro to Flow Yoga: Special 2 hour class with Martha Catz E-RYT

Flow yoga is unique in it's ability to unite the motion of the body with the sensations of the breath. The cardiovascular benefit is unparalleled when compared to most yoga practices, which makes flow yoga especially useful in calorie burning. Strengthening, stretching, and increased heart rate create the perfect body exercise. Join us in this special class to discover flow yoga as an alternative to high impact exercise. Open to all levels of active yoga practitioners. Great for instructors looking to add flow to their teaching.

$25 pre registration   $30 at the door.

CEU's available for certified yoga instructors.  Present your Yoga Alliance registration card and receive $5 off.

Pre natal Yoga Certification is coming to The Yoga Connection in April !!!!!!!
Nancy Gilbert, E-RYT will begin teaching a prenatal yoga certification approved by Yoga Alliance.
The program will begin in April for 4 weekends.
April 20-22, May 18-20, June 8-10, and June 29-July 1.
We will have the webpage up in a few days for you to register.  So Exciting.

The donation class to raise money for the SPCA of Johnston County was a success thanks to you. $100 for the lost and homeless critters. The staff at the SPCA were so surprised and grateful. They have just finished building a new fence to allow more outside activity. This additional cash will allow them to not skip a beat in offering services to the needy dogs and cats here in the county.
