Weight management can mean going to war with yourself. Your body and heart become the battlefield. Research reveals the way to a healthy weight is by being aware of your self, your habits, your decisions, what motivates you, what makes you strong and what takes your energy away.

When you bring close attention to your mind and body,  the underlying habits of eating behaviors can emerge. With knowledge comes the opportunity for change. Not change that comes from a pill or a promise but from your own self, your own values.
